Return Policy

Luxebeauty allows for returns and exchanges if the items received was damaged or defective.

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Items must be in its original purchase condition

  • Exchanges is only allowed for the same item

  • Shipping cost associated with this return will not be covered by Luxebeauty. We will credit 600point=RM6 into your account.

  • Luxebeauty reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) doesn't not meet the refund/return policy requirement.

Refund Policy

  • If refund is needed during return process, we'll credit the return amount into your Luxebeauty account point. The point can be used to offset for your next.

  • Kindly contact our customer service at luxebeautysale@outlook.com with regards to any returns or exchange arrangement.
